That’s right – there are some BIG and exciting changes happening around here. As of January 1, 2025, Sprout Wellness Clinic will be moving just down the road to 178 Victoria St. South in Kitchener.
What you will notice at 178 Victoria Street South:
The following services and benefits that you have grown to love will remain the same:
- Our amazing team of practitioners and the care they offer, including scheduling availability and online booking
- Our pricing structure
- Our incredible staff that know you
- Our services (… in fact we are bringing back massage, see below!)
- Wheelchair and stroller accessibility*
- Ample parking
Of course, there will also be some things that are different at this new location. Here’s a heads up of what to expect:
- * We are now in our own separate building with a main and upper level – if you are concerned about your mobility please reach out and we can ensure your appointment is accessible
- Walkable from Victoria Park and off the #20 Bus Route
- We have to say ‘goodbye’ to our sauna
- Consider booking in before the end of the year!
We recognize that change can be difficult. We are working hard to make this transition as smooth as possible but know we may not get it all right – if you have any concerns please do not hesitate to reach out.
We value our amazing patients and feel honoured to be part of your healthcare journey. We look forward to continuing to offer treatment in our new space in 2025. Stay tuned for more updates and pictures!
It is amazing to think that in 2025, Sprout will have had its doors open for 10 years. It has been an incredible journey, with many ups and (some) downs along the way. We started out on Fredrick Street where our team built its roots, and we slowly grew in patients and practitioners. After almost 5 years, our needs were expanding and we excitedly moved around the corner to our current location on Bruce street for January 2020.
No one could have predicted the unprecedented changes that came in 2020. Collectively, the last 5 years have been challenging – we had to rapidly navigate closures, adjust to virtual visits and implement health practice standards all while patients’ needs and wants shifted with a work-from-home scenario.
During that time, our Bruce location served us well. We were so fortunate to have had space to practice social distancing, our staff were able to offer care in a safe environment and we were lucky to continue IVs in separate rooms. Ultimately, this space allowed us to keep our doors open during a great time of need and we are thrilled to be on the other side, continuing with in-person care.
Although Bruce Street has offered many perks it has come with challenges too. Ongoing construction, infrastructure concerns, and rising costs have led us to seek out other alternatives; leading us to the present and this upcoming move.
We recognize that transitions are hard but we are excited going into this next chapter in the life of Sprout Wellness.
