The leaves are falling, the air is fresh, and the harvest is in! Fall is the perfect time to undertake a cleanse as we gear up for a long cold and flu season. It has become tradition that every November, Sprout Wellness Clinic leads a Sugar Free November Challenge.
This year we have revamped our program and made things easy-peasy pumpkin squeezy. For those who don’t have the time to take on the shopping and chopping, Nook Vibrant Kitchen is the solution! Nook is a meal service that creates delicious and healthful plant-based meals. That’s right, this year we going vegan! Ingredients are predominantly organic and everything is made fresh locally. Because this parallels the beginning of the cold and flu season our goal is to take a break for refined sugars between the holidays in order help bolster our immune health and to detoxify.
