A little more about Mairead…
After taking a maternity leave following the birth of her now-10-month-old son, she is passionately focused on helping her patients achieve optimal health and well-being. As a Naturopathic intern, she enjoys making information clear and accessible to patients, so they can feel fully informed and comfortable in making the best possible decisions concerning their health. Knowing that each patient is an individual with unique personal goals, she sets out to customize and collaborate on her intentions and plans. Mairead is known for her enthusiastic spirit and her warm demeanor; something you’ll readily see when meeting her! She gets excited about educating her patients and views her role as being that of both a teacher and a facilitator. Her creativity shines through everything she does, ultimately benefiting patients who often feel stuck. Her special interests lie in pre- and post-natal, pregnancy, labour/delivery and pediatrics, as well as stress-management, immunity, digestion, and mental health.
