This is your last chance to sign up for our upcoming Sprout Wellness New Year’s group challenge, “We Run This Year”.
Q: “We Run This Year”? Do I need sneakers?
A: Though each week we will include some movement goals and owning sneakers would be helpful, this is not a running challenge. This is a healthful eating challenge with the goal of empowering you with the tools you need to start 2019 off with clean eating habits. Use this challenge as a jumping point and run with it for the rest of the year. You can do it!
Q: What are the details?
A: This is a three-week challenge geared at cleaning up your eating habits or keeping it clean but offering some variety to the same old boring menu. All meals and snacks are whole-food based and are healthful. This means they are packed with micronutrients and contain balanced macronutrients. This menu is also geared towards thermogenic foods to help with weight loss by boosting your metabolism. The menu is mainly sugar free, wheat free and dairy free, but most importantly it free of highly processed foods.
Q: What is included and what is the cost?
A: For an investment of $90 you will receive three six-day meal plans that includes a calendar, recipes, notes, and shopping list. We specifically did not plan the 7th day each week to make room for your social events and to encourage you to do some healthful meal planning yourself. We hope that by practicing this skill during the challenge you will feel confident to run with it afterwards.
Q: How do I sign up and when do we start?
A: Right HERE! We begin Monday January 7th and encourage you to do so as well. We will send you your first meal plan once we contact you to receive payment and subsequent meal plans will arrive to your inbox each week.
