Taking your daily natural health supplements and prescription medications can be a hassle. Often they get forgotten or you miss the window of “with food” or “without food”. - Discuss with your ND or practitioner if there are alterations to your regimen that may be made to reduce the number of pills, change the delivery system (ie powder instead of pill) or combine supplements
