Andrea Hauser’s Maternity Leave – we’re sprouting!

Maternity Leave: mid-December – April 1, 2017

The rumors are true – I am pregnant! My husband Matthew and I are excited to announce that we will be expecting a baby girl sometime this Christmas…or New Year!

Ever since I can remember I have always had a special connection with children. Working with kids of all ages has been a passion for me since I was a pre-teen if you can believe it! Over the years I have babysat countless families, taught children swimming and cheerleading, and worked as a camp counsellor, daycare teacher at Klemmer Farm House, and nannied a family of three (then four) children for over 2 years! Most recently I have been obsessed with my two darling nieces Sloan and Brynn.

Children bring me joy and make me feel my true authentic self! It is no wonder that at Sprout Wellness Clinic pre and post-natal care as well as pediatrics has been a predominant focus. It is time to shift gears slightly from a decade of education in health and nutrition and sprouting my homeopathic practice. It is very important for my patients to know that I am still there for them and their families’ health and wellbeing while I grow my own family.

For more thorough, in-person healthcare please book a subsequent 45min visit with Dr Chanel Cressman ND.

As a naturopath she will be able to help you with your health related needs in my absence. Chanel and I will be in contact weekly so that you can be reassured you will be in good hands with double the care from us both. Come April my hours will be limited to two afternoons/evenings a week to start, followed by and additional office hours one morning a week. We will keep you posted on my availability as it evolves.

I look forward to seeing many of you in clinic prior to my leave so that we can come up with a individualized plan to keep your health goals on track.
