IT’S ‘SFN’ TIME
The leaves are falling, the air is fresh, and the harvest is in! Fall is the perfect time to undertake a whole-body detoxification as we gear up for a long cold and flu season. For the past EIGHT Novembers at Sprout, we have detoxed from Sugar during our “Sugar-Free November” challenge (aka SFN). Why? Because sugar is a major immuno-depressant and our favourite addiction. Not to mention we will all be eating enough sugar come December, so why not give your body a break in the meantime?!
This year we plan to start Sunday, November 3rd so that you have time on the Saturday prior to plan, grocery shop…and recover from Halloween. We are going back to our original SFN concept of sharing sugar-free meal plans. A complimentary Sugar-Free November Guidebook and three Sugar-Free Meal Plans are available via download below.
In this package, you will find complete instructions and tips as well as dozens of delicious recipes. All recipes are sugar-free (as in free from refined sugar), dairy-free, predominantly gluten-free (or easily converted to GF) and whole-foods based.
