Dr Chanel, ND wants her patients to feel successful when working together. She aims to tackle the “low-hanging fruit” quickly while setting the foundation for health. After listening to and understanding her patient’s unique interests and needs, she aims to choose the best modalities that will result in the biggest change fast. Her preferred tools include supplements, acupuncture, IV therapy, and coaching around diet and lifestyle changes.

Dr Colin O’Brien, ND

Dr. Colin believes in gradual, realistic and attainable health changes – dietary and lifestyle changes don’t have to be extreme or “all-or-none”! When applicable, Dr. Colin prefers to utilize lab testing to help guide treatment decisions and progress.

Dr Carissa Bush, ND

Practice Style:
Dr. Carissa, ND takes a proactive approach to healthcare that is centred around individualized care and focuses on meeting each patient where they are in their health journey. She works closely with her patients to develop a personalized roadmap plan for their care, which includes specific check points along the way to monitor progress. She likes to take a comprehensive approach that can include lab testing, personalized lifestyle and nutrition support, supplements, IV therapy, and acupuncture to address each patient’s unique needs. In addition, she values patient education and collaboration, helping patients make informed decisions and developing practical strategies for implementing their treatment plan, achieving their health goals, and living their best possible lives.

Practice Style:
Dr. Stephanie is passionate about women’s health and fertility. She loves to help women thrive and support each other through all of life’s changes and stages, including hormone balance, pregnancy, postpartum and into and beyond menopause. She loves listening to and helping women because it empowers them, their families, friends, co-workers and the larger community. Other clinical interests include digestive health, thyroid concerns and fatigue.
